14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscriptions and purchases made through VibeEval. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Contact our support team directly at support@vibe-eval.com
- Use Paddle’s self-service refund portal if available in your purchase confirmation email
- Contact Paddle directly through their customer support channels
Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been processed
What Happens After a Refund
Upon processing your refund:
- Your access to VibeEval premium features will be discontinued immediately
- Any ongoing security scans or tests will be stopped
- Historical test data and reports will remain accessible for 30 days for data export purposes
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full access to our services
Exceptions
Please note that the following situations may not be eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the 14-day period
- Accounts that have performed more than 100 security scans or used the service for more than 10 active days within the 14-day period (indicating usage beyond reasonable trial purposes)
- Purchases made with promotional credits or discount codes (subject to specific terms)
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may exercise discretion for exceptional circumstances.
Partial Refunds
For annual subscriptions, if you request a refund after using the service for part of the billing period, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion, calculated based on unused time remaining in your subscription.
